Refund Policy

  1. Trial Period
    • If a free trial period is offered, no charges will apply if the User cancels during the trial period.
  2. Refund Policy for Subscription
    • Monthly Plan: Even if the User cancels in the middle of a month, fees for that month will not be prorated or refunded.
    • Annual Plan: If the User cancels during the contract term, no refunds will be given for the remaining period. However, if required by applicable law, refunds will be handled in accordance with the Company’s designated procedures.
  3. Exceptional Refunds
    • If the Service cannot be used for an extended period due to system failures or reasons attributable to the Company, please contact our support desk. The Company will investigate and respond at its discretion.
    • If the User’s local consumer protection laws or other mandatory regulations require a refund, such regulations shall prevail.
